I recommend this place to everyone visiting Queenstown. Its a beautiful hotel that feels quite intimate and special. Its in a fantastic location which is barely a short walk from Queenstown city centre, making getting around super easy. There also is on-site parking allowing us to come and go as we please.
The breakfast is great and cosy, and the canape hour (6-7pm every night) is extra special as you have a drink and some canapes in front of the fire, mingling with other guests or just playing cards by yourselves.
The best part are the hosts. Their customer service is great and they always made you feel welcome. Super friendly and very helpful

The complimentary breakfast was beyond our expectation. We especially loved the social hour from 6:00 to 7:30 pm with free drinks. It was such a thoughtful idea and created a warm, relaxing atmosphere where guests could unwind and chat with each other.
Check-in was smooth and easy, which made a great first impression. The service throughout our stay was consistently friendly and welcoming, and everything felt well taken care of without being over the top.
The location is a big plus. It’s very convenient, close enough to town to walk easily, but still tucked away enough to feel quiet and relaxed. It made getting around Queenstown simple while still being able to unwind properly at the hotel.
Breakfast was definitely a highlight. The three chefs did an amazing job, everything was fresh, well prepared, and clearly made with care. It was such a great way to start each day.
Overall, a very comfortable stay with excellent service, a great location, and a standout breakfast.
Such a beautiful hotel stay, but what makes it better is the service & hospitality we had from Cam.
Her energy & friendly accommodating nature was consistent in every interaction we had, no matter the time of day.
I especially loved the social hour to connect with other guests & have a drink or two and/or canapés before our dinner reservations. It created such a warm comfortable atmosphere before our short walk into town.
Breakfast was indeed exceptional, amazing variety & consistently good food & friendly staff.
The value for money for this hotel is amazing & I would highly highly recommend! Thank you Cam & team for making our honeymoon so special.
