What a fantastic experience! The ice sculptures were incredibly detailed, and the whole venue was beautifully designed. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and made the experience even more enjoyable. The cocktails were delicious and served in unique ice glasses, which added to the fun. The thermal jackets, gloves, and boots kept us warm, so we could really enjoy our time inside. A must-do attraction in Queenstown that's well worth a visit!

Such an epic experience. The lovely young guy we met a few days ago served us again and sold us our tickets for the next ice bar session. We literally didn’t have to wait at all. Then we entered the ice bar and wow it was such a cool sight. The illuminated ice bar & detailed ice sculptures were incredible! The cocktails made by our lovely bar girl were superb. We thoroughly enjoyed our 5pm time slot - even had a little boogie with the family. Thanks guys highly recommend.

Such a fun and unique experience in Queenstown! The Scandinavian-inspired lounge is built entirely from ice, and the hand-carved sculptures are incredibly detailed and impressive. They provide you with thick, luxe winter coats and gloves so you stay completely warm and cozy while inside. The cocktails were perfectly mixed and served in actual ice glasses, which made the whole experience feel like a fun spectacle. Definitely worth checking out for an unforgettable night!

Such an awesome experience. The ice is 100% real despite a puzzling review I read claiming it was fake and that the ice bar is cheating.

The staff were highly accommodating, and offered to take multiple photos of me and my partner.

The ticket price included 2 free drinks. The drinks were excellent so we ordered a few more rounds. So much fun and we would definitely recommend it.

Amazing experience! Such incredible artistry has gone into the sculpting in this place with the statues as we all the bar and chairs and tables themselves! Our bartender and host Vanessa was amazing! So lovely to talk to and made incredibly tasty cocktails! Totally brought up the already super fun vibe! Would 100% recommend!
