3 million kazillion out of 10.

I’ve travelled all over the world and eaten oysters everywhere I can get my hands on them, and these would genuinely have to be up there with some of the best oysters I’ve ever had.

Coming from Australia, I’ve been lucky enough to eat plenty of incredible oysters, including straight out of Coffin Bay, which has always been right up there for me. These absolutely deserve to be mentioned in the same conversation.

The flavour was unreal — fresh, clean, salty, creamy and exactly what a proper oyster should taste like. The quality was exceptional and you could tell immediately how fresh they were.

And the service matched the food. Great people, great experience and the kind of place that makes you want to order another dozen before you’ve even finished the first.

Flavour: 3 million kazillion/10.
Service: 3 million kazillion/10.
Oyster quality: 3 million kazillion/10.

If you love oysters, do not walk past this place. I’d come back in a heartbeat. Easily some of the best I’ve had anywhere in the world.

Had plenty of oysters in my line of work so I can tell you these are fresh and tasty. Im not a huge fan of oysters in general but i felt i needed to try them while im here. Comparable to most other fresh pacific oysters (coffin bay) but a touch less milky which is good for me as I prefer Stradbroke's Sydney Rock oysters taste. In saying that it a far cry from the prices im used to ($30aud/Doz) but i understand the logistics in needing to charge that for convenience and location in a tourist hotspot.

We stopped by this small oyster stall by the waterfront and it was such a great experience. The oysters were super fresh, clean, and tasted absolutely delicious. You can really tell the quality is top-notch.

The staff was friendly and prepared everything right in front of us. Sitting by the lake with the mountains in the background while enjoying fresh oysters made it even more special.

Went here on our last night here in Queenstown after a 7 day holiday.

Best oysters I had in my life so far. Set up is very humble. Price is VERY reasonable. I went here 10 mins before closing and the oysters I got were still fresh as.

Got the half dozen and it’s very worth it. Vendor brotha was kind enough to give me an extra oyster as I think I’m the last customer.

Please go here it’s worth your time.

Extra tip: if you’re dining at a place nearby and you’d want an oyster, go here first or after instead of buying expensive oysters in the restaurant.

I am giving a 5 star review as I love this place. These oysters are from a family farm in Nz and they did taste really good, sweet and crunchy( don’t get me wrong, thats not the shell) and I wish I have a glass of white wine with me.

It is so good! Please do try some when you pass by.

It is 55 per dozen ( 56 around for those paying by credit card with surcharge
