What an incredible experience! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with luxurious, spacious rooms and breathtaking lake views that made every morning feel special. Waking up to the stunning scenery of Lake Wakatipu was truly unforgettable.
One of the highlights of our stay was the sauna, which was an amazing addition and the perfect way to relax after a day of exploring Queenstown. It added a real touch of luxury and comfort to our trip.
A huge thank you to the wonderful General Manager, Aklesh Mannu, for creating such a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The level of service throughout the hotel was outstanding, and every staff member made us feel genuinely valued and cared for.
Special thanks to the beautiful Viktoria from the restaurant, whose warm smile, kindness, and exceptional service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. She is a true asset to the team.
The combination of luxury accommodation, spectacular views, fantastic facilities, and genuinely caring staff made this one of the best hotel stays we have ever had.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel 2 weeks ago. We had to wait a minute because they had guests before us. When it was our turn to check in we were met by AYUSHMAN. He was so warm and friendly and explained everything so clearly to us. I usually am leery of signing up for rewards programs, but he explained it so well that I did sign up for it. We just got off the plane and it was late. He made sure we got a chance to have dinner. It was about to close. We had 20 min left to order and we were hungry so we did before we head to our room. He also gave us recommendations during the week of places to visit. He even took a second to show me where certain things were. It is very rare I find this level of friendliness, diligence, and the utmost highest caliber of customer service. Throughout the week he made our experience of the hotel absolutely incredible. We had some fun discussions about where we went. When I come back to New Zealand, I will probably come back to that same hotel because of the level of customer service I received right from entering the building.
The second person I need to talk about is MUTSUKO, I think she just goes by MU. Every morning for breakfast we were met with a smile and a good morning or welcome. She made us feel welcomed in the building and got us anything we needed. When we ate in the morning, there wasn't a lot of people, so I moved the table to give us a better view of the lake and so we got breakfast with a view. She liked that idea, you have to enjoy the view. So every morning she saw us, she moved the table so we could enjoy the view with our breakfast. Throughout the week she was so sweet and kind. Always attentive to us, but also let us enjoy our breakfast. She was so friendly and we had many conversations with her. The best description I can use is it felt like a mothers love the way she took care of us.
I rarely write a review for anything, but I needed to shout out MU and AYUSHMAN. I hope this gets back to the top people at that hotel. They are of the highest caliber in customer service and because of that customer service when I come to New Zealand again I want to come back to that spot. This has also been my dream vacation for a long time. This was my first time in New Zealand. Those two people made my vacation an absolute joy!
