We stayed here to celebrate our anniversary, and the complimentary drinks were a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommended!
Surprisingly, very quiet at night with no traffic noise.
A lovely restaurant at the hotel with excellent service, lovely staff and very good food - the little extra touches like a voucher for a wine at Happy Hour or at the restaurant hand delivered to your room the day you checked in was lovely.
Couldn't fault my stay at all - just a small thing though was the car parks were very tight with todays larger vehicles.
Overall, I would definitely come back and stay again - superb!
We had a wonderful stay at Heartland Hotel Queenstown. The staff were remarkably friendly and attentive throughout. We experienced a slight delay at check-in, but the team handled it brilliantly and compensated us for the wait. Even more impressive was their care when I fell unwell on our last day. It meant so much to me!
Our room was lovely: spacious, spotless, and comfortable. The heater kept us perfectly warm, the shower had fantastic hot water pressure, the queen beds were really comfy and there was a generous supply of tea, coffee, and hot chocolate powder.
After a day on the slopes, unwinding by the cozy fireplace with a glass of wine was absolute bliss. We also loved their great eco-incentive—you can earn a free drink token if you opt out of daily room servicing! The food throughout our stay was delicious, with the breakfast buffet being an absolute standout (and kids under 12 eating for free is a fantastic family bonus!).
