As a vegetarian, I was genuinely pleased to see actual options on the menu. Overall, the food was tasty, but the execution fell a bit short of expectations. The vegetable dish I ordered had much more of a Chinese culinary feel to it rather than an authentic Korean one.
The biggest letdown here is the value for money. The portion sizes are on the small side, and the prices are clearly inflated to target the Queenstown tourist market. For what you pay, you expect to walk away feeling a lot more satisfied.
On the plus side, the atmosphere is incredibly inviting and completely nails that classic, cosy Korean restaurant vibe. The staff were also fantastic, attentive, friendly, and great to deal with throughout the night.
6/10. A really welcoming spot with lovely service, but a bit hard to fully recommend given the small portions and high tourist pricing.
