DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Queenstown

Had a lovely stayed a this hotel. First time in Queenstown and the customer service from the staff were excellent. Phyo, Mona and Jessica at the reception were super friendly and answered a lot of our questions. Special shout out to Sharin and Jane from house keeping too as they wrote us lovely notes each day.

Radinka was a super hospitable individual to have welcome us into the property. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my girlfriend were happy. After hearing she got accepted into grad school, she gave us gifts in the room and made sure to leave a congratulations note, I thought that was very professional and very welcoming. Amazing property with an amazing view.

Definitley coming back. Here to celebrate my birthday and the staff are going above and beyond. A couple of minor mishaps that were rectified. Location is superb. Buffet Breakfast is amazing. In all my worldly travels this is one of the best. Thanks Kris at reception and also Tini and chandana your service is amazing. Priyank you are amaaazing also.

Unforgettable Stay thanks to Radinka and Hayat!
My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights starting May 25th to celebrate our anniversary. We are avid travelers who love exploring the world, but we have never encountered such genuinely kind and friendly staff, even at the most expensive luxury hotels.
A special thank you goes to Radinka. Every time we went out in the evening, she greeted us with the warmest smile and always made sure we had everything we needed. On a rainy day, she thoughtfully offered us an umbrella before we even had to ask. Her hospitality was truly unmatched. Also, a huge thanks to Hayat for taking such great care of our anniversary and making our celebration absolutely perfect.
We were originally planning to leave Queenstown on the 27th, but this incredible hospitality touched our hearts so much that we decided to extend our trip by another night—solely to spend more time at this wonderful hotel! Thank you again😍

I was exceptionally pleased with my recent stay. The accommodations were very comfortable, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the overall experience was highly satisfactory. The lakeside location was truly outstanding. I would particularly like to commend Radiula, the receptionist, for her exceptional kindness and professionalism in clearly outlining the terms and inclusions of our stay. I will enthusiastically recommend this establishment to others and look forward to returning in the future.
