mi-pad Queenstown Hotel

Had a wonderful time at mi-pad; very clean and fresh, wonderful location and excellent staff who were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble (our request for a power extension cord and extra pillows was delivered in 5 minutes!) The vending machines with free drinks was a bonus and a nice way to meet other guests (the hot chocolate particularly delicious in the colder season!) We will definitely return.

We had a wonderful stay at Mi Pad! We booked two rooms for three nights, and everything from start to finish was fantastic.
A special thanks to Alex for the warm welcome during check-in, Emma for her kind assistance throughout, and Prasun from the night team who was equally helpful—everyone made us feel truly looked after.
The hotel itself is cute, cozy, and very well maintained. The rooftop was definitely a big highlight and added to the whole experience.
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and appreciate the amazing hospitality from the entire team. Thank you for making our visit so memorable!

Perfect hotel closed to shops and restaurants. We loved the sustainable idea in this hotel ( do good for our planet 😄)
Having coffee and tea machine outside the room was great, with one touch you can choose different type of coffee and the taste wasn't bad at all , not taste like coffee in scachet 😅
And the roof top was absolutely stunning, very relaxing with a bottle of wine plus stunning sunset.
Some of the rooms windows also have view if you're stay in 5th floor. We don't take photos of the premises but the wording should justify the review.
This is our 2nd time stayed in mi-pad and definitely we will stay again in this hotel.

We stayed at MiPad for 2 nights before hiking and it was great! Super close to the lake and easy to get to. The staff were lovely and super helpful! The rooms and beds were super clean and comfortable. Very affordable and great for people who are looking for a cheaper option with great quality. We loved the upstairs outdoor rooftop area. Definitely recommend!

The room was clean. Quite small.
The new trend of bathroom without walls is terrible. No privacy at all.
The toilet “room” has an automated system that turns on the light whenever you step in. Stupid and annoying at night when someone is sleeping.
No drawers at all. The sink is by the door.
No coffee or tea. For this price it should be a minimum
