Wow, where do I even start with QT Queenstown! I am so, so impressed with the service from the moment I arrived to the moment I departed. The room service was great, the shuttle was excellent, and staff always had brilliant recommendations for transport and where to eat around town. Every time we walked in there was wine and cheese available for guests, plus chocolates at night. Absolutely nothing was too hard for the staff, whether it was extra towels or extra hot chocolates, they went above and beyond every time.
A huge shoutout to our driver Bono Bono (also known as Jarrad), and to the front desk staff who made our stay so special: Kyle, who made sure we always had hot chocolate (which mattered more than you'd think!), Jasmin, Belin, Anthony, and Julia. The whole team made us feel extremely looked after and valued as customers.
Great experience, great room, stunning property. It's slightly out of town, away from the noise and hustle, but transfers to the airport and into town are so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfy too. This QT has honestly convinced me to try more properties in this chain.

What an amazing hotel! Exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The staff were amazing and so helpful which is what really stood out. The room was fantastic with such a great view. The shuttle bus service was super handy and our overall stay was excellent. We will be back and will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.

JUST WOW! The new improved lobby really brings the whole pace together so perfectly, the people who work there have somewhere to shine like the stars they are. The complimentary nibbles and drinks in this new area was a delight, it is a bright and cozy hub of deliciousness.
The rooms are incredible, the bed literally like a cloud aand the small personal touches always appreciated.
The dyson hairdryer is awesome and a large tub with bath salts and delicious body lotion thrown in= heaven after a long day.
We can't wait too visit again in August, thanks guys!

From the outset, QT Queenstown was amazing. From the warm welcome on arrival to the consistently friendly and attentive staff throughout our stay, everything made us feel genuinely looked after. The hotel itself is beautiful, with stunning styling and an atmosphere that feels both luxurious and relaxed at the same time.
One of the standout touches was the complimentary snacks and drinks available in reception 24 hours a day. It seems simple, but it really adds to the experience and makes you feel welcome every time you come back to the hotel or head out for the day. The team always greeted us with a smile, creating a level of hospitality that is becoming harder to find.
The Bazaar breakfast was fantastic each morning, with fresh, high-quality options catered to everyone. Plenty of variety and a really enjoyable way to start the day.
The nightly turn-down service was another classy touch. Each evening there was something small and thoughtful waiting in the room, which added a personal feel and elevated the whole stay. It’s the attention to detail at QT that really sets it apart.
Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. A must-stay in Queenstown and we couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

The staff are all so friendly & honestly, the hospitality we encountered was consistent across all staff members - which is very rare to come across!
I especially loved the surprise little gifts in the evenings, the tasty treats in the lobby & the optional shuttle into town (though it is a short flat walk!).
Thank you QT for helping make our honeymoon so exceptional!
