Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park

We ended up staying on what was pretty much the coldest weekend Queenstown has had this winter so far, with highs around 5-6 degrees and temperatures in the minuses by evening. Despite this, our apartment was beautifully warm, we were never cold at any point with great heating in the living area plus additional heating in each of the two bedrooms. The unit was spacious, had fantastic facilities, and a massive dining table to eat together and play board games. For winter accommodation in Queenstown, these new apartments are roomy, modern, warm and great value for money, especially compared to the tiny AirBNB and motel units around a similar price point. Highly recommend them.

Location is great in a sense that it is close to Coronet Peak and very quiet, however, do be aware that it is a few minutes dive from Queenstown.

We stayed on a powered site in our campervan for a few days while we skied Coronet Peak.
This is the best location caravan park to ski there- if you take the ski bus up you can book it for the bus stop “Atley Road” and it is directly opposite the caravan park reception/entrance.
Facilities were good- kitchen was kept clean and plenty of space- bathrooms were kept clean, warm, had hairdryers etc. There were also extra toilets and showers down the end of the caravan area which was nice to have extras. They also run a fireplace all day in the communal area.
Laundry facilities were fine- just pay with your phone/card to use washer and dryer/ purchase laundry powder.
Staff were all very kind.

It is about 15 minute drive to Queenstown CBD if you have activities planned there… we also stayed at Lakeview caravan park in Queenstown CBD the week after- but TOP 10 facilities were much nicer!!! We would recommend this place for sure.

Had a wonderful stay at Queenstown TOP 10 Holiday Park with my family. The accommodation was clean and comfortable, facilities were excellent, and the grounds were well-kept. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is ideal — easy access to everything Queenstown has to offer. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We stayed on an unpowered site for 2 nights a couple days apart during our south island roadie and both nights were great. shower, laundry, and kitchen facilities were excellent, fully equipped and nice and clean. staff were friendly and the common room playing the world cup was a really nice touch on a frosty morning. prices are reasonable too. cheers legends

Lovely campsite, just 8 mins from the city centre.

The staff, Kate were very helpful. The laundry ate $2 of mine and they were quick to reimburse. 🙂

Everything was clean and tidy and a lovely layout of the kitchen and dining area. 2 clean BBQs, bathrooms had at least 4 showers with a bench to put your stuff and a hair dryer.

Campsite was very quiet and packed. I would say book a site here as it's not that big and can see it filling up. They have a hot tub can rent for 25mins for $15. They offer a shuttle service to two. Throughout the day which was an awesome feature.

Def would stay here again. Thanks for the great stay. Sorry, no pix as arrived late and left around 5am.
