An absolute gem in Queenstown! From the moment we walked in, we were made to feel so welcome. The service was exceptional, especially from Mr. Federico, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made every visit a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was vibrant, welcoming, and the perfect setting for an unforgettable meal.

The food was simply outstanding. Having travelled extensively around the world, we can honestly say this is among the VERY BEST pasta we have ever had. Every dish was beautifully prepared, bursting with flavour, and clearly made with passion and the finest ingredients. It was so good that we found ourselves coming back again and again during our stay!

What impressed us even more was the care taken to accommodate food allergies and provide delicious vegetarian options. It's rare to find a restaurant that can do this so seamlessly while maintaining such exceptional quality.

A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Federico, Manager Catalina, and the entire waitstaff for your genuine hospitality, friendliness, and impeccable service. Every member of the team made us feel valued and cared for. Special thanks also to Chef Martin for creating such exceptional dishes that made every meal unforgettable. Your dedication to providing an outstanding dining experience truly shines through.

If you're visiting Queenstown, this restaurant is an absolute must-visit. We only wish they would open a restaurant in Australia—we would be first in line! Congratulations to the entire team on creating such a special place. We can't wait to return on our next visit to Queenstown.

If I could give 1 I would. How they’re rated so high is beyond me because the service from the managers is atrocious. We went Sunday night for a walk in and the manager was at the counter, didn’t even acknowledge us and the mounting line behind us and kept doing what he was doing. Then was rude and dismissive about no bookings till about an hr later so we left. Went back Monday glad to see another manager just for her(Catalina I believe) to be just as rude. This time we had a booking but were 15mins early. She says “we’re fully booked(despite a half empty restaurant), come back at 630). We go and sit on a bench nearby& I see a group of 6(we were 4), without a booking get seated straight away. The manager claiming they would only be there an hr so that’s why?? Make it make sense.
The food was incredibly average and extremely overpriced. The only good part of this experience were the pictures the kids coloured in and the waitress with the piercing across the top of her nose who was really lovely.
Highly do not recommend& if it wasn’t for the restaurant being located in a busy part of town, no one would go here. 0 stars

We ordered a burrata salad and two pasta dishes. The bartender and the server who took our order were very kind and friendly, but the food was honestly the worst pasta I have ever had.

The vongole pasta tasted overwhelmingly fishy, and in one bite I even felt sand. One of the pasta dishes was so overcooked that the noodles had turned mushy, to the point where I honestly wondered if this was some kind of discrimination. We came in feeling great after finishing our tour, but left feeling nauseous.

The burrata salad was also a disappointment. It was supposed to come with heirloom tomatoes, but instead it was served with regular truss tomatoes. Overall, everything was a complete disaster.

My girlfriend’s ragu pasta was worse than pasta served in a school cafeteria. Please do not treat cooking like a joke.

From the moment we arrived we knew it was the right choice. Warm welcome and great service. The food rates as one of the best Italian meals we have had anywhere in the world and we have been to a lot of places. The carbonara was to die for. The Angus beef ravioli came a very close second. You must try their take on garlic bread. It’s a soft mini loaf soaked in garlic butter and lightly topped with cheese.
