Meanwhile, The Manure Room entices with inventive tasting plates, cured meats, and notable dishes such as oysters with Ayrburn rosé jelly and beef tartare, perfectly paired with their award-winning cool-climate wines. Ayrburn's own wines have received significant recognition, boasting gold medals for their Rosé, Riesling, and Sauvignon Blanc, alongside a double gold for the Ten Acre Pinot Noir.

1) The Dairy - 5/5. Must go for a sweet treat.
2) Manure Room - 3/5. Not many vegetarian options and the few we tried were not flavorful.
3) Bakehouse - 4/5. Make a reservation if you’re going during peak hours. We came here after Manure Room and had wine and light bites. Better quality!
Had a subsequent wine tasting at the barrel room and this was also top notch, the sommelier was engaging, friendly and welcoming whilst being exceptionally knowledgeable.
We then headed to the burr bar for a whisky tasting and again can’t speak of it highly enough.
Overall we had a truly magic day at Ayrburn, eating, drinking and enjoying the immaculate grounds.
Can’t recommend this place highly enough and a must visit when in Queenstown.
