Such a fabulous morning with Sydney and Sam. The zip lining experience was incredible, along with their knowledge about the eco systems along the way. Our family had a wonderful time. So grateful.

From the outset, the staff were friendly, upbeat, and very well informed about the surrounding countryside and natural habitat. One was a very good singer, knowing all the words to an endless stream of songs (an indispensable attribute for an EcoTour Guide). Each of the six lines had particular features of interest or added activities superimposed on merely flying down the lines. It was fun, entertaining and informative. We even got to complete a part of the Tiki Trail. Rain, thunder, lightning and ziplining!

Had such a great experience with Ziptrek. Lucy and the other guide were amazing and made me feel really safe and comfortable the whole time. They explained everything clearly and kept it fun with their humour, answering all our questions along the way. The whole team was so friendly and welcoming, and I loved the little challenges they gave us to do while going down the zipline, it made it even more fun. You can tell how hard they work, especially pulling everyone in and even packing up our things at the end. Really grateful for such a fun and memorable experience!

Was honoured by these two stunningly tour operators in ZIP Trek skyline mereanna and Sydney who were professional and confident in their roles each of them given me an experience of a life time. I liked Sydney's accent she is so funny 🤣 and has a very good sense of humor very confident speaking 🗣️. I also fell in love 💕 with mereanna she's not camera shy 🫣 and very beautiful confident speaking professional well trained both of them were spectacular explaining to us about how sustainable practices is important to our environment. I would recommend it to everyone and hope to one day visit again they made my Queenstown experience more memorable and worth going. Thank you again ladies for making my start to the day extraordinary and amazingly wonderful. Happy to have a met such fine as tour operators💞💕💯💓❤️😗😙😚😘🥰😍 hope we cross paths in the future thank you again for a lovely day from new Zealand school of tourism Auckland Management level 6 aka mana mind's class. Really fun zipline tour through the forest on Bob's Peak mountain. Some amazing views of Lake Whakatipu and The Remarkable mountains. We did the Kea 6-line Tour.... Includes a 10 minute walk through the native trees to get from zip 5 to 6. Zip 6 is the Steepest tree to tree zipline in the world... Very fun but not scary at all. Staff was great! Very friendly, knowledgeable and fun. The only downside was we didn't realize we had to buy gondola tickets to get to the start, on top of the cost of ziplining. Gets to be an expensive day! All in all good fun and the gondola ticket does allow you to go back up to see the sights of you want.
